Abstract
Розкрито суперечливу природу глобалізаційного процесу, в контексті чого відзначено, що державні і недержавні економічні, політичні, соціальні,
ієрархічні структури досягають межі ефективності та вичерпують потенціал розвитку, поступаючись таким новим типам структуроутворення, як кластерні, метакорпораційній, особливо сітьові структури, що кардинально змінює суб’єктну диспозицію; визначено варіативний тренд перспективної реінституціоналізації глобальної економіки та охарактеризовано можливі підсценарії їх розвитку: уніполярного (проекція норм і принципів економічної поведінки групи країн-лідерів на решту світової спільноти), бі/триполярного (наявність кількох управлінських полюсів, рішення яких приймаються на консенсусних засадах) та поліполярного (багатосторонність співробітництва з урахуванням інтересів країн-мінорітаріїв та невеликих етнічних та цивілізаційних спільнот).
The article reveals a contradictory nature of the globalization process in the context of which it is noted that the state and non-state economic, political, social, hierarchical structures reach the limit of efficiency and exhaust the development potential, yielding to the new types of structure such as clustering, metacorporation, especially network structures that fundamentally change a subjective disposition; a trend of variability of global economy reinstitutionalization is outlined and the possible underscript of their development is reviewed: unipolar (the projection of the norms and principles of economic behavior of a group of countries - the leaders to the rest of the international community), bi/tripolar (availability of multiple management poles, the decision of which is taken on the basis of consensus) and polypolar ( multilateral cooperation, taking into account the interest of the countries - small and minority ethnic communities and civilizations).
