Abstract
Охарактеризовано психологічно значущі якості та індикатори компетенції «здатність працювати в команді». Здійснено поділ загальних компетенції на логічні за змістом групи та здійснено експертну оцінку щодо їх важливості. Наведено рекомендації щодорозвитку якостей і компетенцій.
The article aims to identify and analyze the most important qualities and general competencies that are necessary for a person to work effectively as a team member. A scientific innovation of the paper is to make a complex structure of competencies and create a thorough list of qualities necessary for productive teamwork. The lists of definitions of competency’ and ‘quality’ are presented in the work and the most apposite of them are offered. The psychologically important qualities and indicators of the competence ‘the ability to work in a team’ are characterized in the paper. Four levels of important qualities for team member are presented. The publication considers a logical classification of qualities necessary for team working: congenital and acquired. The paper highlights the following classification of competencies: general (instrumental, interpersonal and systemic) and special (administrative, economic, mathematical, psychological, educational, social, methodological, diagnostic etc). A division of general competence ‘ability to work in a team’ into logical groups, such as emotional, functional, communicative and reflexive is fulfilled and contents of these groups are shown. An expert’s assessment in order to determine their importance during team working is carried out in the article. As the result of team work depends entirely on the level of the psychologically important qualities and components of general competence ‘the ability to work in a team’, there are further prospects for the research of the phenomena.
Охарактеризованы психологически значимые качества и индикаторы компетенции «способность работать в команде». Осуществлено разделение общих компетенций на логические по смыслу группы и проведено экспертное оценивание по определению их важности. Приведены рекомендации по развитию качеств и компетенций.
