Abstract
Стаття присвячена методологічним основам визначення рівня соціальної згуртованості суспільства. Розглянуто основні сучасні підходи щодовизначення її рівня. Запропоновано авторський підхід щодо визначення рівня соціальної згуртованості українського суспільства за допомогою індексу соціальної згуртованості.
This article is devoted to the methodological basis of determining the level of social cohesion of society. The social cohesion of society, which at the beginning of the new millennium became the main doctrine of many countries, requires certain social indicators for measuring it. Determination of the level of social cohesion provides an opportunity to show the real picture of relations in society, to investigate and identify the necessary reserves to increase its level in the future. The main current approaches to determination of its level, including the main ones are the approaches of the Council of Europe. An architectural approach is to determine the level of social cohesion Ukrainian society through the index of social cohesion. The index of social cohesion and the whole system of social indicators of social cohesion, which is reflected in this research study is based on figures that were selected based on their relevance, quality, comparability and accessibility. Using this methodology for measuring social cohesion provides an opportunity not only just getting statistics and find and implement policy measures to support the development of civil society. On the other hand, this progressive approach is not limited by the indicators presented and is under constant qualitative changes and additions of new figures.
Статья посвящена методологическим основам определения уровня социальной сплоченности общества. Рассмотрены основные современные подходы к определению ее уровня. Предложен авторский подход к определению уровня социальной сплоченности украинского общества с помощью индекса социальной сплоченности.
