Abstract
Розглянуто питання щодо діяльності Міжнародної організації праці у питанні культури охорони праці. Охарактеризовано значення культури у сфері міжнародних соціально-трудових відносин. Доведено, що Міжнародна організація праці тлумачить культуру охорони праці в якості важливого компоненту заходів з безпеки і гігієни праці.
The culture of labor protection is historical category which develops under the action of the general advance of society and improvement of relations of production. In this sense it is important to study the experience of the International Labour Organization (further — the ILO) which for ninety six years functions for the purpose of full protection of interests of workers around the world. The task of article is determined clarification of a question concerning a place of culture of labor protection in program and rule-making activity of the ILO. Need of broader promotion of culture of precautionary actions for labor protection becomes the defining basis of the majority of program and normative documents of the ILO. Submission of the Report of the ILO to the World day of labor protection in 2015 under the name «Together We Will Increase Culture of Prevention in the Sphere of Work» turned out to be logical consequence of such policy. Therefore, the ILO traditionally considers the culture of labor protection as an important component of actions for safety and occupational health. About renewal of this question testifies also the profound study of the terms «culture of labor protection» and «culture of safety of work».
Рассмотрен вопрос о деятельности Международной организации труда в вопросе культуры охраны труда. Охарактеризовано значение культуры в сфере международных социально-трудовых отношений. Доказано, что Международная организация труда толкует культуру охраны труда в качестве важного компонента мер по безопасности и гигиене труда.
