Abstract
У статті досліджено проблема формування нової моделі соціальної держави в Україні. Визначено головні перешкоди на шляху її прогресивного розвитку. Актуалізовано необхідність радикальних змін у реалізації соціальної доктрини як основи нового, справедливого світоустрою.
The article deals with the problem of forming a new model of social state in Ukraine. The main obstacles in the way of its progressive development are determined in the work. The need for radical changes in the implementation of social doctrine as the basis for a new, just world order is actualized in the paper. At present the issue of the welfare state is constantly studied in the works of local political scientists, economists, lawyers. This raises many approaches to understanding and meaning of the concept. An unbiased analysis of these approaches suggests that most Ukrainian scientists examine these questions in the light of the specific activities of the State in the social sphere. Everything that is provided in the article — is not an exhaustive list of the challenges and risks inherent in the development of modern Ukraine. Under these circumstances there is every reason to believe that firstly, the formation of Ukraine as a developed European welfare state that provides human development, which takes responsibility for social equality, the welfare of citizens and social cohesion in society is simply impossible. The study also confirmed the idea that modern Ukrainian society is still a society without established traditions, ideologies, torn with historical and cultural links with the past. At present such concepts as conscience, patriotism, honor, and responsibility are considered obsolete.
В статье исследуется проблема формирования новой модели социального государства в Украине. Определяются главные препятствия на пути ее прогрессивного развития. Актуализируется необходимость радикальных изменений в реализации социальной доктрины как основы нового, справедливого мироустройства.
