Abstract
У статті розкрито актуальні проблеми формування нових компетенцій фахівців у сфері економіки та менеджменту. Обґрунтовано, що вітчизняна система освіти не забезпечує підготовку економістів і менеджерів відповідно до потреб сучасного агробізнесу, а зв’язок науки з виробництвом є недостатнім. Встановлено, що в сучасних умовах господарювання вагому роль відіграють особисті та технічні навички працівників, такі як самопрезентація та самоорганізація, уміння швидко вчитися, уміння швидко адаптуватися, креативність тощо; відсутність або недостатній розвиток таких характеристик у працівника призводить до зниження якості людського капіталу та погіршення ефективності праці. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення державної політики в освітній і науковій сферах, а також визначено нові завдання кадрової політики агробізнесу.
Economic growth of national agriculture is impossible without effective and efficient development and use of human resource. That is why training economists’ and managers for agribusiness has long-term orientation and particular socio-economic significance. The legislation of Ukraine foresees the row of ways of state support, education and science, directed on stimulation of agricultural goods production. However, there are many problems in the field of education and science for agribusiness. The purpose of this article is to ground the importance of communication science with production in the training of specialists, defining the role of the state and the tasks of agribusiness in formation new competencies of specialists in the field of economics and management. Results. The research provides a comprehensive analysis of contemporary trends of training economists’ and managers for agribusiness are analyzed. Practical application of training of specialists in developed countries has been studied. The findings show that economists’ and managers must have new competencies. They are soft skills, hard skills, self-management, and problem solving skills, EQ and other. In the focus of attention of employers must be «work-life balance». In the context of proEuropean vector of integration processes the necessity of state support for the agricultural sector and training economists’ and managers for agribusiness are justified. Employers’ Tasks have been grounded which designed to help effectively to use of human resources and finance.
