Abstract
The article investigates trends of Ukrainian small and medium enterprises (SMEs) development and their significance for the social responsibility of the national business. The diagnostics of SWOTcharacteristics of Ukrainian SMEs was conducted. Key directions of companies’ social responsibility development were defined and measures of their attractiveness for social investments were worked out.
