Abstract
В статті було детально опрацьовано питання, пов’язані з особливостями здійснення інноваційної діяльності підприємств агропромислового комплексу. Розглянуті основні засади та принципи державної політики в сільськогосподарській сфері, а також інфраструктурі АПК. Проведені дослідження та практичний досвід їх застосування й розвитку надали також змогу виділити в аграрному секторі основні етапи інноваційного процесу й визначити їх стратегічні імперативи і характеристики.
The article deals with the issues related to the peculiarities of the innovation activity of the agroindustrial complex enterprises. The main principles and principles of state policy in the agricultural sphere, as well as the infrastructure of agroindustrial complex are considered. The problems of innovative development of agricultural enterprises, research opportunities, their financing and comprehensive state support are investigated. Innovative policy of agrarian enterprises is investigated in three aspects: tactical, strategic and operational. The strategy of management of innovative processes and organizational tools of innovative activity of enterprises of agroindustrial complex are established. The conducted researches and practical experience of their application and development also provided an opportunity to distinguish in the agrarian sector the main stages of the innovation process: creation of innovations, their distribution and development to commodity producers. Strategic imperatives and characteristics of the innovation process are determined. The features and necessity of introduction of innovations into the production activity of agricultural enterprises are determined. The key objectives of the strategy of innovation management are as follows: making profit through the implementation of new goods and services, reducing production costs, expanding sales of products and services. For the successful realization of the identified features and stages of the innovation process, all necessary preconditions should be provided for the introduction of effective management mechanisms for innovation activities of the agro-industrial complex enterprises.
