Abstract
У статті розкрито основні властивості знань як основного драйверу соціально-економічного розвитку країни та її регіонів. Запропоновано активізацію їх прояву з метою наближення країни до стану економіки знань. Визначено вплив властивостей знань на становлення ЕЗ на усіх рівнях управління.
The purpose of the research is to determine the influence of knowledge features on theprocess of achieving the state of the EH at the regional and state levels. The scientificnovelty of the research is to substantiate the influence of knowledge features on theformation of the knowledge economy in the country and its regions. It is investigated that the main features of knowledge, which reveal its essence in economic and managerial science, is its consideration by the information nature of origin, as a result of human or enterprise experience as a product, resource and factor of production. The direct andindirect influence of each knowledge feature on the formation of the state of knowledgeeconomy in the country and its regions has been established. The features of knowledge allow you to focus on the various processes and forms of knowledge economy in which they participate and manifest themselves in the formation of the knowledge economy. The list of processes in which knowledge is involved in the formation of the knowledge economy, contain their production, accumulation, use, distribution and investment inthem. The main diversified forms of knowledge economy, which include digital, network,innovation, green and creative economics, are taken into account. Establishing the mainfeatures of knowledge and their impact on the formation of knowledge economy can form strategic and conceptual approaches to management at the state and regional levels. Further research areas will focus on identifying vectors for state and regional economic policies to promote knowledge-based development.
В статье раскрыты основные свойства знаний как основного драйвера социально-экономического развития страны и ее регионов. Предложено активизацию их проявления с целью приближения страны к состоянию экономики знаний. Определено влияние свойств знаний на формирование экономики знаний на всех уровнях управления.
