Abstract
Автором проведено аналіз особливостей залучення ресурсів представниками приватного сектору економіки України на міжнародних фінансових ринках та проведення реструктуризації заборгованості у випадку її прострочення. У статті розглянуто вплив комерційної заборгованості на стабільність функціонування держави в цілому. Автором окреслено напрями налагодження взаємодії між приватним і державним секторами економіки з метою покращення умов реструктуризації заборгованості на міжнародних фінансових ринках. У статті наведено шляхи стимулювання кредитування реального сектору економіки України за рахунок залучення ресурсів на міжнародних фінансових ринках. Автором доведено, що такий підхід дозволить зменшити спекулятивну складову на українському фінансовому ринку в цілому, та на його валютній складовій зокрема. У статті аргументується необхідність розширення участі держави у випадку реструктуризації заборгованості на міжнародних фінансових ринках. У статті окреслено перспективи подальших досліджень проблематики реструктуризації зовнішньої заборгованості з урахуванням пріоритетів розвитку української соціально-економічної системи.
The author analyzes of borrowing resources at international financial markets by Ukrainian private economic sector representatives and restructuring their liabilities if they expired. The article considers the influence of commercial liabilities on the state functioning stability. The author outlines directions of adjusting of co-operation between the private and state sectors of economy with the purpose of improvement of terms of liabilities restructuring at international financial markets. The article reveals the ways of stimulation of the Ukrainian real sector of economy crediting using the resources borrowed at international financial markets. The author proves that such approach allows to decrease a speculative constituent at the Ukrainian financial market as a whole, and at its monetary element in particular. The article argues the necessity of expansion of participation of the state in case of liabilities restructuring at international financial markets. The article outlines prospects of subsequent researches of external debt restructuring taking into account priorities of development of the Ukrainian socioeconomic system.
