Abstract
У статті обгрунтовано соціально-економічну роль системи нагромадження капіталу та його вплив на інвестиційну активність підприємств в Україні. Розкрито теоретичні основи формування системи нагромадження капіталу та його вплив на інвестиційну активність підприємств в Україні. Доведено, що інвестиційну політику бізнесу і держави слід розглядати як основу для створення можливостей подальшого розвитку процесу ефективного накопичення капіталу в країні. Обгрунтовано, що діючий інвестиційний механізм забезпечує підтримку і технологічну модернізацію компаній, що домінують у галузях, внаслідок цього обмежуються зони перспективного накопичення капіталу у нових підприємствах у новітніх галузях. Визначено напрями забезпечення ефективного нагромадження капіталу для стимулювання інвестиційної активності вітчизняних підприємств. Обгрунтовано, що у процесі прийняття рішень на державному рівні і на рівні великих корпорацій слід відмовитися від критеріїв прибутковості як характеристики доцільності прийняття конкретних варіантів і одного з джерел інвестицій, а як основу для економічного обгрунтування рішень необхідно використовувати параметри потенційної можливості накопичення капіталу.
In the article justified the socio-economic role of the system of capital accumulation and impact on the investment performance of the enterprises in Ukraine. It reveals the theoretical principles of the formation of the system of capital accumulation and impact on the investment performance of the enterprises in Ukraine. It is proved that the investment policy of business and government should be considered as a basis for creating opportunities for further development of the process of efficient capital accumulation in the country. It was reasonable that the present investment mechanism provides support and technological modernization of companies that dominate position in the industries, as a result, the areas of promising capital accumulation in new enterprises in the newest industries. It was determined the directions of ensuring effective capital accumulation for stimulation of investment activity of domestic enterprises. It is substantiated that in decision-making process at the state and big corporation levels, it is necessary to abandon the criteria of profitability as the characteristics of the appropriateness of adopting specific options and one of the sources of investment and as the basis for the economic substantiation of the decisions, it is necessary to use the parameters of the potential possibility of capital accumulation.
