Abstract
У статті досліджено поняття та сутність фінансової стратегії підприємства, проведено порівняльний аналіз цілей фінансової та загальної економічної стратегії. У публікації автор наводить найважливіші сутнісні характеристики фінансової стратегії, а також докладно розглянуто існуючі підходи з позиції різних авторів щодо визначення категорії "фінансова стратегія підприємства". У статті обгрунтовано особливості розробки та реалізації фінансової стратегії підприємства в умовах функціонування девелоперської компанії. Виявлено, що управління фінансовою діяльністю в усі часи має займати у підприємців чільне місце. Ефективне функціонування компанії, забезпечення високих темпів її розвитку та підвищення конкурентоспроможності в умовах ринкового середовища неможливі без стратегічного управління її фінансовою діяльністю. Фінансова діяльність — це цілеспрямований процес реалізації функцій компанії, які пов'язані з формуванням і використанням її фінансових ресурсів і які будуть забезпечувати економічний і соціальний розвиток. У статті мова йде про те, що ефективним інструментом перспективного управління фінансовою діяльністю компанії, яке підпорядковане досягненню цілей розвитку в умовах змін ринку, виступає фінансова стратегія.
In the article the concept and essence of the financial strategy of the enterprise are investigated, the comparative analysis of goals of the financial and general economic strategy is conducted. In the publication the author gives the most important essential characteristics of the financial strategy, and also elaborates the existing approaches from the standpoint of different authors regarding the definition of the category "financial strategy of the enterprise". The article substantiates the peculiarities of the development and implementation of the company's financial strategy in the conditions of the development company's operation. It has been found that the management of financial activity at all times should take the prominent place among entrepreneurs. Effective functioning of the company, ensuring its high rates of development and increasing competitiveness in a market environment is impossible without strategic management of its financial activities. Financial activity is a purposeful process of implementing the functions of a company that are associated with the formation and use of its financial resources and which will ensure economic and social development. In the article it is said that a financial strategy is an effective tool for the future management of a company's financial activity, which is subordinated to the achievement of development goals in conditions of market changes.
