Abstract
Розглянуто питання виробничої адаптації молоді, її особливості в Україні, основні етапи та інструменти. Особливу увагу приділено проблемам первинної адаптації молодих працівників у колективі, адаптації молоді в інноваційному середовищі та інформаційно-мережевому просторі. Вирішення визначених проблем запропоновано здійснювати на основі концепції адаптаційного менеджменту, планування кар’єри, контролю вікової структури, врахування зарубіжний досвіду прискорення адаптації молоді тощо.
The issues of industrial adaptation of youth, its peculiarities of development in Ukraine, the main stages and tools are considered. Along with the problems of social and psychological adaptation paid attention to the industrial adaptation of workers. The article deals with the issues of primary adaptation of young workers in the team, the peculiarities of adaptation of youth in the innovation environment and information and network space, the implementation of mentoring programs, modern approaches to the use of material payments aimed at stimulating youth replenishment in organizations, the introduction of a system of training young staff, training, simulation of situations, etc. Taking into account the results of the conducted research, it was concluded that management of adaptation of a young specialist is a priority task of managers who accompany novices at the stages of their social and professional development. The problem of social adaptation can be solved at the stage of training, because many educational institutions, together with enterprises, implement training programs for graduates, which extends the possibility of acquiring professional knowledge.The solution of the identified problems is proposed on the basis of the concept of adaptive management, career planning, monitoring the age structure of employees, taking into account foreign experience of accelerating the adaptation of young people, transition from education to work, internship, and the use of advanced programs of adaptation.
