Abstract
У статті розглядаються принципові питання, які посилюють і поглиблюють регулюючу роль організації управління функціонуванням регіональних соціумів. Обгрунтовується регулююча роль міської об’єднаної територіальної громади в соціально-економічному розвитку суміжних територій. Пропонуються шляхи удосконалення і конкретизації певних положень Закону України «Про добровільне об’єднання територіальних громад».
The article deals with the fundamental problems that enhance and deepen the regulatory role of managing the functioning of regional communities. The regulatory role of the city's unified territorial community in the economic and social development of adjacent territories is substantiated. The ways of improvement and specification of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On freewill amalgamation of territorial communities" are offered.
