Abstract
У статті обґрунтовано необхідність використання головних детермінант синергетики у формуванні сучасної парадигми фінансово-кредитного механізму активізації інвестиційного процесу. Визначено зміст синергетики, синергетичного розвитку і синергетичного ефекту фінансово-кредитного механізму активізації інвестиційного процесу та встановлено напрями синергетичного зв’язку між його складовими. Розкрито синергетику внутрішніх і зовнішніх суперечностей у формуванні змісту цього механізму.
In order to overcome negative trends and crisis effects in the real economy of the country it is necessary to improve methodological aspects of forming the financial & credit mechanism of investment process activization. Recommendations as to intensifying the synergy of financial and investment spheres interaction need further development. Objective of the article consists in developing a modern paradigm of financial & credit mechanism of the investment process activization with the use of synergetic approach. Methods. Research is based on the methodology of complex systems and dialectics of integrity and inconsistency of the modern world. General scientific and specific cognition methods such as systems approach, dialectical approach, abstraction, analysis and synthesis, logical method, qualitative and quantitative analysis were used. Results. Synergy of financial & credit mechanism of the investment process activization was defined as joint and uniform functioning of its elements under the stipulation that the general result of its functioning outperforms the amount of complex effects (financial results of all investment process participants). Synergetic connection is the connection that, on the one hand, intensifies the efficiency of mechanism functioning and, on the other hand, results in cooperative actions of the elements of financial & credit and investment spheres. Synergetics of functioning and development of the financial & credit mechanism of investment process activization is realized for account of contradictions of order and chaos between finance and investment. However, efficient functioning of mechanism as a whole is possible only in contradictions between them. Summary. Financial & credit mechanism of investment process activization is a self-organized (open, non-linear, non-balanced) system including system-forming elements and factors of financial & credit and investment spheres, with their synergy directed to making favorable conditions for generating, distributing and using financial & credit funds in the investment activity of enterprises on macro and micro levels.
В статье обоснована необходимость использования главных детерминант синергетики в формировании современной парадигмы финансово-кредитного механизма активизации инвестиционного процесса. Определено содержание синергетики, синергетического развития и синергетического эффекта финансово-кредитного механизма активизации инвестиционного процесса, выявлена синергетика взаимоотношений между его составляющими. Раскрыта синергетика внутренних и внешних противоречий в формировании содержания данного механизма.
