Abstract
В процесі реформування українських університетів важливо саме реформувати їх, а не для знищувати. Для цього необхідно уникати крайнощів і хибного розуміння підприємницької функції, як то прагнення перетворити університет в бізнес-структуру. На практиці підприємницька функція повинна сприяти, а не суперечити, розвитку освітньої і науково-технічної складової. Щоб уникнути крайнощів, рекомендуємо, щоб процес реформування був поступовим і відбувався в рамках державної програми тривалістю не менше 10 років.
In the process of reforming Ukrainian universities, it is important to reform them, and not to destroy them. To do this, it is necessary to avoid extremes and misunderstanding of the entrepreneurial function, as the desire to turn the university into a business structure. In practice, the entrepreneurial function should, rather than contradict, promote the development of the educational, scientific, and technical component. To avoid extremes, we recommend that the reform process be gradual and take place within the framework of the state program lasting at least 10 years.
