Abstract
У статті підіймається питання змістовного наповнення нової стратегії розвитку агропромислового комплексу
України в частині системного викладення інновацій, потрібних і затребуваних на сільгосппідприємствах України. У
результаті дослідження сучасних трендів розвитку бізнесу в сфері рослинництва авторами пропонується виокремлювати чотири групи інновацій: техніко-технологічні, організаційно-економічні, соціально-управлінські та інформаційні. Також у статті наведені кількісні та якісні критерії оцінювання ефективності впровадження інновацій в
рослинництві, відповідно до їх класифікації. Надані оцінки дозволять підприємству визначати доцільність впровадження тих або інших інновацій. Створена система-класифікація актуальних інновацій на основі останніх наукових
публікацій, даних статистики та офіційної інформації з сайтів українських агровиробників може бути корисною для
постановки цілей інноваційного розвитку на рівні підприємства, а також для подальшого контролю їх досягнення.
The article raises the issue of substantial content of the new development strategy of the agro-industrial complex of
Ukraine in terms of the systematization of the innovations that are necessary and in demand at agricultural enterprises
of Ukraine. Because of the study of modern trends in the business development in the field of crop production, the authors
proposed to single out four groups of innovations: technical and technological; organizational and economic; social and
managerial; informational. 1. Technical and technological innovations (which include: technical, technological, chemical,
biological) cover the following areas of relevance for domestic enterprises: vehicle fleet renewal for vehicles no older
than 10 years; use of multioperational machines; the equipment of the whole technology by a computerized control system;
use of resource-saving technologies of soil cultivation; the introduction of energy-saving technologies; the use of pest
and weed control integration technologies; biologization of agriculture; development of preparations for preparing seeds
for sowing; development of combined fertilizers; selection of disease resistant grains; development of high-yielding grain
varieties; soil humification. 2. Actual organizational and economic innovations (economic, financial, regulatory) in the
Ukrainian crop sector can be grouped into the following areas: improvement of development standards; development /
development of effective sales channels; development of flow sheets; entering new market segments; attraction of new
investments; improvement of state and legislative regulation of the industry; increase in benefits and loans from the
state; development of infrastructure for the development of innovation in crop production. 3. Social and managerial: the
use of alternative energy sources; reducing the use of chemical fertilizers; improvement of forms of remuneration;
improvement of work and rest schedules; improvement of the staff motivation mechanism; development of management
strategy in accordance with the specifics of the industry. 4. Information (control and production): equipment of all GPS
vehicles; use of a quadcopter to monitor crop areas; use of card access system; use of geographic information systems;
automation of resource consumption control; automation of grain testing in the laboratory. The combination of all groups
of innovations will increase the innovative development of the enterprises of the vegetable industry and the efficiency of
their activities. The article presents quantitative and qualitative criteria (KPI) for evaluating the effectiveness of
introducing innovations in crop production, according to the classification. These assessments will allow the company to determine the feasibility of innovation. The created classification of current innovations based on the latest scientific
publications, statistics and official information from the websites of Ukrainian agricultural producers can be useful for
setting goals for innovative development at the agro-enterprise level, as well as for subsequent monitoring of their
achievement.
