Abstract
Опираючись на поставлену авторами мету статті щодо окреслення найбільш практичних методів оцінювання інноваційного потенціалу підприємств у сучасних умовах динамічних середовища, було досліджено сутність категорій "інновація", "інноваційна діяльність" та "інноваційний потенціал"; охарактеризовано сучасний розподіл інновацій за їх здатністю до "підриву" існуючого ринку; проаналізовано основні методи оцінювання інноваційного потенціалу підприємств, окреслено переваги та недоліки кожного з них; запропоновано новий підхід щодо оцінювання інноваційного потенціалу підприємства з урахуванням здатності його інновацій до "підриву" існуючого ринку. Під час дослідження заявленої тематики використовувалася порівняльна методологія у визначенні найпоширеніших підходів до оцінювання інноваційного потенціалу підприємства задля виявлення найбільш об'єктивних у контексті відповідності умовам високого динамізму сучасного середовища.
Based on the goals set by the authors, to identify the most practical methods for assessing the innovative
potential of enterprises in modern dynamic economic conditions, the following approaches were used:
the categories of "innovation", "innovative activity" and "innovative potential" were determined;
characterized by two main modern types of innovation — supporting and disruptive; The basic methods
for assessing the innovative potential of firms are analyzed, the advantages and disadvantages of each
of them are identified; proposed a new approach to assessing the innovativeness of modern business.
The article used a comparative methodology to determine the most common approaches to assessing
the innovative potential of an enterprise, to identify the most objective approaches in the context of
meeting high dynamic conditions of the modern environment. An analysis is being made of the approach
of a number of Ukrainian scientists who are more focused on assessing the innovative potential of the
enterprise from a qualitative point of view. As well as interesting methods of international companies,
such as "drivers and water drains" and "destruction gauge" S. Anthony, focused on assessing the ability
of enterprises to strategic changes.
For the purpose of a comprehensive assessment of innovative potential, the authors propose to evaluate
in terms of business tactics and development strategies. According to the authors, this approach will
allow the company to fulfill two equally important development objectives: to maintain competitive position
in the market and ensure ongoing development, consciously anticipating the necessary changes in the market. The tactical approach is aimed at assessing the ability to implement supporting innovations, in
particular, updating an existing product, updating it, correcting errors of the previous version, etc., since
the purpose of introducing these innovations is to attract the attention of consumers to the highest quality
and competitive product. The strategic approach is aimed at developing those capabilities of enterprises
that will help to "undermine" the market by introducing breakthrough innovations.
