Abstract
The justification of problems of business decisions under uncertainty and risk generated by this are considered. The psychological aspects for justification and taking into account the dialectical objective-subjective risk profile are analyzed. The corresponding utility function, carried out its analysis and application features in the process of justification of weakly structured problems and tasks is suggested.
