Abstract
Сьогодні необхідною умовою конкурентоспроможності вищих
навчальних закладів на ринку освітніх послуг є наявність єдиного інформаційного
простору (ЄІП) і впровадження інформаційних технологій в усі бізнес-процеси. Роль
єдиного інформаційного простору в університетському комплексі визначається
масштабністю вирішуваних завдань і темпами розвитку університету. У сучасних
умовах виникає необхідність формування єдиного інформаційного простору ВНЗ. ЄІП
повинен максимально повно забезпечувати інформаційні запити студентів,
викладачів, співробітників; мати гнучкі механізми для впровадження нових технологій
в освіту; задовольняти сучасні запити демократичності, економічності, надійності.
У статті запропоновано ідею побудови єдиного інформаційного простору
університету, до складу якого входить система електронного урядування.
Today, the necessary condition for the competitiveness of higher
educational institutions in the market of educational services is the availability of a single
information space (SIS) and the introduction of information technology in all business
processes. The role of a single information space in a university complex is determined by the
scale of the tasks to be solved and the rates of development of the university. In today’s
conditions, there is a need to form a single information space of the university. The SIS
should maximize the information requests of students, faculty, staff; have flexible mechanisms
for introducing new technologies into education; to satisfy modern demands of democracy,
economy, reliability. The article proposes the idea of building a unified information space of
the university, which includes the system of electronic control.
