Abstract
Здійснена спроба висвітлити стан викладання міжнародного права на правових факультетах інститутів народного господарства Києва, Харкова та Одеси вранній радянський період. З’ясовано, що спочатку студентам пропонували різноманітні спецкурси міжнародно-правового напряму. Їх перелік у вишах Києва, Харкова та Одеси був різним. Проте читали ці дисципліни переважно в університетському обсязі.
Згодом навчальні плани всіх правових факультетів були уніфіковані. Отже, вивчення міжнародного права було зведено до двох дисциплін: міжнародного публічного права та міжнародного приватного права. Далі встановлення спеціалізації з міжнародного права в новій радянській номенклатурі спеціальностей у 1929 році дозволило збільшити кількість міжнародно-правових курсів. Втім, ідею міжнародно-правової спеціалізації юристів через ліквідацію інститутів народного господарства не вдалося реалізувати.
Розкрито історію розвитку науки міжнародного права в ранній радянський період. Здійснено аналіз наукового доробку з проблем міжнародного права науковців інститутів народного господарства. Встановлено, що вони паралельно активно співпрацювали в академічних наукових установах України. Висвітлені особливості становлення науки міжнародного права на початковому етапі радянської епохи. Встановлено основну тематику досліджень, яка охоплювала питання історії міжнародного права, діяльності Ліги націй, організації міжнародної юстиції, кодифікації міжнародного права, нових тенденцій міжнародного права тощо. Показано здобутки вчених та з’ясовано вплив їх творчого спадку на розвиток вітчизняних міжнародно-правових досліджень. Досліджено роль юристівміжнародників у становленні та розвитку сходознавчих наукових досліджень в перші роки становлення радянської влади. Досліджено окремі роботи та визначено їх вплив на подальший розвиток міжнародного права.
An attempt was made to cover the state of teaching international law at the
law faculties of the Kiev, Kharkov and Odessa institutes of economy in the early Soviet period.
Their list in the higher educational institutions of Kyiv, Kharkiv and Odessa was different. But
read these disciplines mainly in an university volume. Afterwards curricula of all legal faculties
were compatible. Therefore the study of international law was erected to two disciplines: public
international law and private international law. Further, the establishment of specialization in
international law in the new Soviet nomenclature of specialties in 1929, allowed increasing the
number of international law courses. However, the idea of international legal specialization of
lawyers, due to the liquidation of the institutions of the economy could not be implemented.
The history of the development of the science of international law in the early Soviet period
is revealed. The analysis of scientific work with the problem of international law is carried out.
The analysis of scientific work on problems of international law of scientists of national economy institutes is carried out. They were found to have been actively involved in academic institutions
of Ukraine in parallel. The features of the formation of the science of international law at the initial
stage of the Soviet era are highlighted. The main topic of the research was established, which
covered issues of history of international law, activities of the League of Nations, organization
of international justice, codification of international law, new trends of international law, etc.
The achievements of scientists are shown and the influence of their creative inheritance on the
development of domestic international legal researches is found out. The role of international
lawyers in the formation and development of oriental scientific research in the first years of the
establishment of Soviet power was investigated. Some works have been researched and their
influence on the further development of international law has been determined.
