Abstract
The process of the preparation of women-lawyers at the Law Department of the Kiev higher
courses for women (1907—1920.) has been described. The features of structure of the
department, curricula and programs, process of teaching, Teaching Staff, conditions for
entry and graduation, the composition of students have been researched.
