Abstract
У статті розглянуто складові ефективності управління техніко-технологічним оновленням на промисловому підприємстві, виділені підсистеми та основні елементи системи управління. Визначено різновиди управлінських робіт та норми часу на їх виконання; здійснено порівняння існуючої системи управління техніко-технологічним оновленням на ПАТ «Завод «Темп» із новою запропонованою системою управління за певними критеріями оцінки.
The article deals with the selected сomponents, subsystems and basic elements of the management of technical and technological renovation of enterprises. The methods and approaches to determine the effectiveness of management update; specific jobs within management functions and their complexity, allowing determining the number of employees, managers, who will be the members of the working group and will manage activities of technical and technological renewal, are presented in the work. Comparing of the existing management of technical and technological renovation of «Plant «Temp» the author proposes control system for certain evaluation criteria. Thanks to the new system, the management is improved that will enable to solve the problem reasonably, consistently and ensure the rational management process. The creation of the working group for the efficient management of technical and technological upgrading in the target company is the ability to achieve such positive aspects as a clear division of roles and tasks, lack of duplication, that are responsible for each stage management, and building productive relationships between the management system of the enterprise and managers that are implementing upgrades. Special attention should also be paid to the factors that must be considered when developing a system update management: production scale, product complexity and its range, type of production.
В статье рассмотрены составляющие эффективности управления технико-технологическим обновлением на промышленном предприятии, выделены подсистемы и основные элементы системы управления. Определены разновидности управленческих работ и нормы времени на их выполнение; проведено сравнение существующей системы управления технико-технологическим обновлением на ПАО «Завод» Темп» с новой предложенной системой управления по определенным критериям оценки.
