Abstract
У статті аналізується суперечливий процес розвитку форм, функцій та результатів праці в умовах якісної трансформації сучасного технологічного способу виробництва на засадах його інтелектуалізації та становлення економіки знань. Досліджуються теоретичні підходи до проблеми збереження ролі праці як найважливішого фактора виробництва у сучасному суспільстві.
Based on the urgent need for the study regularities and interconnection between labour and perspectives of society’s development the goals of this article are as follows: 1) to research the content of labour, direction of the dynamics of its development; 2) to analyze the controversial process of the form, function and performance measures of labour in terms of quality transformation of modern technological mode of production based on its intellectualization and forming the knowledge economy; 3) to explore theoretical approaches to preserving the role of labour as the most important factor of production in the modern society. Scientific originality of this study lies in the generalization of the regularities of complication forms of functioning and transformation of the content and nature of the labour, the criteria for assessment its value, thus and its remuneration. It has proved that the character and content of relationships between owners of intellectual potential, capabilities for difficult, creative and intellectual labour and other subjects of economic activity who are the owners of traditional forms of capital, entrepreneurs, state, different employees who are engaged in the material production are becoming more complicated and complex. It has proved that the consumer society that grows on the opportunities of the knowledge economy largely denies the historical perspective of these opportunities, losing passionarity related significantly with the struggle of previous generations for «place in the sun». The practical significance of the results of this study is that the attention to the theoretical penetration into the essence of the processes in labour sphere and labor relations in conditions of the intellectualization of the economy, is the key not only to appropriate quality state policy in this area, but furthermore the key to harmonizing the interests of all social strata of society as the whole society as well.
В статье анализируется противоречивый процесс развития форм, функций и результатов труда в условиях качественной трансформации современного технологического способа производства на базе его интеллектуализации и становления экономики знаний. Исследуются теоретические подходы к проблеме сохранения роли труда как важнейшего фактора производства в современном обществе.
