Abstract
Дістали подальшого дослідження дефініції основних інноваційних детермінант трансформації інституту зайнятості «волонтерство», «волонтуризм», «волонтер», «волонтурист» та їхні специфічні риси на сучасному ринку праці. Також наведено дефініції детермінант трансформації інституту зайнятості на сучасному ринку праці «волонтерський бізнес», «волонтерський продукт», «волонтерська подорож», «ринок волонтерських послуг», «індустрія волонтерства».
The purpose of this paper is further studying of the innovative determinants transformation of the institution of employment in today’s labour market with innovative non-standard forms of employment and labor borrowed. Scientific novelty and practical result is the creation of logical procedures to ensure strict fixed meaning; it is clear that reflecting the most essential features, properties and characteristics of innovation determinants transformation of the institution of employment «volunteering», «voluntarism», «volunteer» and especially in today’s labor market, in order to form different from other objects is very important. It is shown that in different scientific disciplines the determinant «volunteering» has definitions of the social, and educational phenomenon, and also the phenomenon of sector of economy and, in particular, and service industry. The author enters in this list definition «filling of emptying niche of institute of employment», psycho-physiological and educational phenomenon, and also the phenomenon of sector of economy and, in particular, its service industry. An author enters in this list definition «filling of emptying niche of institute of employment». «Volonturism» − an innovative of the determinant transformation of the institution of employment, when resting their own money travelling to work somewhere. Generalized definition of innovation determinants «volunteer» transformation of the institution of employment is the subject of non-standard forms of employment «volunteering»; the person performing the volunteer trip to meet his recreational needs in accordance with the subjective motivation.
