| dc.description.abstract | Системний характер дисфункцій на сучасному етапі економічного розвитку підсилює інтерес до теоретичних основ обґрунтування підходів з формування соціально-економічного механізму управління. Метою статті є проведення системного аналізу теоретичних основ з формування організаційно-економічного механізму управління підприємствами, що функціонують в сфері послуг. Доведено, що при формуванні організаційно-економічного механізму управління слід використовувати теоретико-ігрові методи аукціонів, метод адаптивного максимуму та методологію узгодження економічних інтересів і очікувань стейкхолдерів підприємства; при формування механізму управління підприємствами сфери послуг може знадобитися комбінація відповідних методів. | uk |
| dc.description.abstract | At the present stage of economic development the systemic nature of dysfunction increases the interest to study the theoretical foundations of substantiating approaches to the formation of socio-economic management mechanism. The aim of the article is to conduct system analysis of the theoretical foundations for formation of organizational and economic management mechanism at enterprises that operate in the service sector. It was grounded that to increase reliability, capacity and efficiency of management mechanism it is advisable to use formalized approaches to its formation process. The usage of the following methods in the process of organizational and economic management mechanism formation was substantiated: theoretical and gaming auctions methods; adaptive maximum method; economic interests and expectations of enterprise stakeholders’ harmonization methodology. The combination of respective methods can be used when forming the management mechanism for the service sector enterprises. The necessity of taking into account economic interests of diverse and heterogeneous groups of stakeholders when forming the organizational and economic management mechanism at the enterprise was determined. The generalized scheme of organizational and economic interaction mechanism between key groups of stakeholders (investors, personnel and customers) was introduced. The block diagram shows the following relations: stakeholders interests as the driving force of the enterprise operation and development; means of updating organizational and economic management mechanism as the condition for stakeholders interaction. These relations demonstrate the specific properties of mechanism efficiency, which in turn affects research and evaluation methods, as well as solutions of its application problems. | uk |
