dc.description.abstractУ статті проаналізовано основні тенденції демографічної ситуації стану здоров’я населення та проведено вибірковий аналіз системи контролю щодо відповідності задовільних умов охорони праці як важливих складових людського капіталу; досліджено основні проблеми функціонування існуючої системи охорони здоров’я та охорони праці. Автором охарактеризовано основні напрями процесу реформування системи охорони здоров’я, визначено основні проблеми її реалізації, обґрунтовано необхідність їх розв’язання для поліпшення стану здоров’я та охорони праці як важливої умови покращання людського капіталу.uk
dc.description.abstractThe problem of the community health protection is one of the most important problems all around the world. It is not possible to safe the human capital without the effective system of labor safety and maintenance of health. Therefore, it is appropriate to turn to the problems of health status of the population and the improvement the system of labor safety as the most important socio-economic components of the human capital formation. The article analyzes the main demographic trends of health status of the population. It was also conducted the sample review of the control system into conformity of the satisfactory conditions of the labor safety, as the results of which it was concluded about the low birth rate, the increasing of the mortality, negative natural growth of the population, the decrease in life expectancy and also the growth of the prevalence of the diseases and the mortality of the population .The basic problems of existing system of health protection and labor safety are investigated. The author describes the main directions of the reform process of the health system and identifies the main problems of its implementation. It is proved the necessity of their solution to improve state of health and labor safety as an important condition for the improving of human capital.uk

Автором охарактеризованы основные направления процесса реформирования системы здравоохранения, определены основные проблемы ее реализации, обоснована необходимость их решения для улучшения состояния здоровья и охраны труда как важного условия улучшения человеческого капитала.uk
