| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена аналізу цілей стейкхолдерів в моделі публічно-приватного партнерства «Суспільство-бізнес-наука» в контексті формування інноваційної політики. Обґрунтовано необхідність здійснення такого аналізу, яка полягає в упорядкуванні та пріоритезації цілей усіх представників інвестиційно-інноваційного процесу – як на макро-, так і на мікрорівні. Крім того, представлена методика дозволяє ідентифікувати функціональне призначення цих суб'єктів під час реалізації інноваційної політики. У статті описаний загальний алгоритм аналізу стейкхолдерів. Задля ідентифікації учасників було обрано методику Community Tool Box. У подальшому було проаналізовано стейкхолдерів на предмет їхнього впливу на реалізацію інноваційної політики; а також впливу інноваційної політики на їх діяльність. Визначено можливі напрямки кооперації між стейкхолдерів в перебігу реалізації ініціативи. За даною методикою виділено такі типи співпраць: інформаційне, консультативне та залучене співробітництво. Було сформовано план залучення стейкхолдерів до реалізації ініціативи, виходячи із типу співпраці та етапу ініціативи. Він складається з чотирьох взаємопов’язаних етапів: планування, виконання, оцінка і контроль. | uk |
| dc.description.abstract | The article is devoted to the analysis of the objectives of stakeholders in the model of public-private partnership "Society-business-science" in the context of the formation of innovation policy. The necessity of carrying out such an analysis is grounded, which is to streamline and prioritize the goals of all representatives of the investment and innovation process - both at the macro and micro levels. In addition, the presented methodology allows identifying the functional purpose of these subjects in the implementation of innovation policy. The article describes a general algorithm for stakeholder analysis. In order to identify the participants, the Community Tool Box was selected. Subsequently, stakeholders were analyzed for their impact on the implementation of innovation policy; as well as the impact of innovation policy on their activities. The possible directions of cooperation between stakeholders in the course of implementation of the initiative are defined. According to this method, the following types of cooperation are selected: informational, consultative and involved cooperation. A plan was drawn up to involve stakeholders to implement the initiative, based on the type of cooperation and the stage of the initiative. It consists of four interrelated stages: planning, execution, evaluation and control. | uk |
