| dc.description.abstract | The article analyses the dynamics of staff training and development in Ukraine. Basing on the generalization and systematization of scientific approaches regarding the interpretation of the «Corporate Social Responsibility» the article defines the essence of social responsibility of enterprises in HR management. The research also substantiates the directions of social responsibility of enterprises in the field of staff training and development. The assessment of social reporting provided the outcomes on the corporate social responsibility components in the area of staff development for the certain entities in Ukraine. The paper indicates that further training, professional training, staff assessment, and the programmes of cooperation with students are the most popular forms of staff development. The author elaborated conceptual bases of corporate social responsibility implementation in the field of staff development which reveals the key role of social responsibility within staff development management system (SDMS). The suggested conceptual framework includes goals, principles, objectives, implementation forms and expected results. The paper analysed the corporate social responsibility implementation principles in the field of staff development which include both the principles of staff development management and social responsibility ones. The research demonstrated that the choice of corporate social responsibility implementation form is one of the most important elements of the conceptual basis in the field of staff development. The implementation of the conceptual practicalities will allow the enterprise to assess the problems in the field of staff development, to identify priorities, to elaborate specific actions to improve the efficiency of development programmes, and to introduce a set of planned socially responsible initiatives with constant control over their implementation. | uk |
