dc.description.abstractДосліджено теоретико-методичні підходи до оцінювання соціальних ресурсів підприємств. Визначено особливості проявів цих ресурсів на індивідуальному, внутрішньо-організаційному і зовнішньому рівні. Побудовано ресурсне «дерево» та дана попередня оцінка складових соціальних ресурсів для ТОВ «Чіпси-ЛЮКС». Запропоновано для комплексної оцінки соціальних ресурсів поєднувати об’єктивні показники, які можна отримати із внутрішньої звітності підприємства, і суб’єктивні, які потрібно збирати соціологічними методами.uk
dc.description.abstractGoal of the work is exploration of theoretical and methodical approaches for estimation of social resources of enterprises as well as probation of such estimation on the example of the enterprise of food industry. The article defines peculiarities of the social resources displaying on individual, internal-organizational and on external levels. It has been built the resources “tree” and preliminary estimation of the components of social resources of LLC Chipsy Lyuks has been made. The main instruments for estimation of social resources (ΔCSP – corporate social performance; model of influence of the corporate social responsibility on financial performances, characteristics of estimation of social investments, methods for evaluation of social resources on the base of evaluation of intellectual capital, estimation of goodwill using the excessive profit method, benchmarking, etc.) have been characterized in the article. To provide complex estimation of social resources it is proposed to unite the objective performances, which may be obtained from internal accounting of the enterprise, and subjective performances which are gathered by sociological methods.uk

Построено ресурсное «дерево» и дана предварительная оценка составляющих социальных ресурсов для ООО «Чипсы-ЛЮКС». Предложено для комплексной оценки социальных ресурсов сочетать объективные показатели, которые можно получить из внутренней отчетности предприятия, и субъективные, которые нужно собирать социологическими методами.uk
