| dc.description.abstract | The article reveals the meaning of business ethics, corporate behavior and corporate responsibility as the important elements of social responsibility. The article indicates barriers which prevent ethical business doing and ways of their overcoming. The article indicates the importance of corporate behavior for the success of the company in the financial aspects as it straightly relates to the relationships with the business partners of corporation. It also highlights the meaning of reputation in the gaining of competitive advantage and respectively formation of its financial and social success. The article formulates the mechanisms of creating the ethical principles, norms and standards: ethical codes, social audits, ethical committees, changes in the corporate structure. The article defines the influence of corporate behavior on the responsibility, economic and institutional developments. | uk |
