Розвиток соціальної інклюзії осіб з обмеженими можливостями передбачає створення доступного соціального середовища, забезпечення рівних можливостей у сфері освіти, працевлаштування та соціальних послуг, а також формування толерантного ставлення в суспільстві. Для досягнення цих цілей у роботі обґрунтовано необхідність реалізації комплексного підходу, що охоплює нормативно-правові, інституційні, економічні та соціокультурні аспекти, спрямовані на підвищення рівня інтеграції осіб з обмеженими можливостями та покращення якості їхнього життя.
The development of social inclusion of persons with disabilities involves creating an accessible social environment, ensuring equal opportunities in education, employment and social services, and fostering a tolerant attitude in society. To achieve these goals, the paper substantiates the need to implement a comprehensive approach that covers regulatory, institutional, economic, and socio-cultural aspects aimed at increasing the level of integration of persons with disabilities and improving their quality of life.
Розвиток системи соціального страхування на випадок безробіття в Україні

Мета роботи - обґрунтування напрямів удосконалення системи соціального страхування на випадок безробіття в Україні з урахуванням сучасних викликів ринку праці, тенденцій зайнятості населення та світового досвіду. Досліджено теоретичні аспекти соціального страхування на випадок безробіття. Проведено аналіз функціонування вітчизняної системи соціального страхування на випадок безробіття. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення системи страхування на випадок безробіття в Україні.
The purpose of the work is to substantiate directions for improving the social insurance system in case of unemployment in Ukraine, taking into account the current challenges of the labor market, employment trends, and global experience. The theoretical aspects of social insurance against unemployment are examined. An analysis of the functioning of the domestic social insurance system against unemployment is conducted. Directions for improving the unemployment insurance system in Ukraine are proposed.
Запобігання професійному вигоранню працівників соціальної сфери

У роботі досліджено теоретичні та прикладні аспекти професійного вигорання працівників соціальної сфери в сучасних соціально-економічних умовах. Розкрито сутність поняття професійного вигорання, систематизовано основні чинники його виникнення та проаналізовано методологічні підходи до його оцінювання. На основі аналізу діяльності організації та результатів емпіричного дослідження визначено рівень професійного вигорання серед працівників соціальної сфери й узагальнено ключові чинники його посилення. Запропоновано комплекс профілактичних заходів та практичні рекомендації щодо впровадження програм підтримки персоналу з метою запобігання та подолання професійного вигорання.
The paper examines theoretical and practical aspects of professional burnout among social sector employees under current socio-economic conditions. The essence of professional burnout is defined, key factors contributing to its development are systematized, and methodological approaches to its assessment are analyzed. Based on the analysis of organizational performance and empirical research findings, the level of burnout among social workers is assessed and the main factors intensifying burnout are identified. Preventive measures at the organizational level and practical recommendations for implementing employee support programs aimed at preventing and overcoming professional burnout are proposed.
Розвиток фінансової звітності в умовах цифровізації економіки: роль XBRL-технологій

У статті досліджено розвиток фінансової звітності в умовах цифровізації. Показано, що зростання обсягів даних та підвищення вимог до оперативності їх обробки зумовлюють поступовий перехід від традиційних форматів представлення звітної інформації до структурованих цифрових форматів. У цьому контексті особливу увагу приділено ролі XBRL-технологій як інструменту стандартизації, структуризації та електронного подання фінансових даних. Проаналізовано еволюцію форматів фінансової звітності в умовах цифрової трансформації та узагальнено нормативно-правове середовище регулювання електронного подання фінансової інформації. Розглянуто міжнародний досвід застосування XBRL-таксономій та окреслено національні особливості.
Обґрунтовано, що використання XBRL-технологій сприяє підвищенню прозорості, забезпечує можливість її автоматизованої обробки та формує інституційні передумови розвитку цифрової інфраструктури фінансової звітності.
The article investigates the development of financial reporting in the context of the digitalization of the economy, emphasizing the transformation of approaches to the formation, processing, and dissemination of financial information. In modern conditions, financial data is increasingly viewed as a strategic resource, which necessitates not only its reliability but also its suitability for automated processing and analytical use.
The purpose of the study is to determine the role of XBRL technologies in the evolution of digital financial reporting and to substantiate their significance in ensuring the standardization and integration of financial information. The methodological basis of the research includes a systematic approach, methods of analysis and generalization, comparative analysis, and structural-logical modeling.
The article demonstrates that the rapid growth in the volume of financial data and the increasing demand for its timeliness and comparability stimulate a gradual transition from traditional text-based and tabular reporting formats to structured digital formats. In this context, particular attention is paid to XBRL as a key technological tool that enables the standardized representation and machine-readable structuring of financial data.
The evolution of financial reporting formats under digital transformation is analyzed, and the regulatory framework governing electronic financial disclosure is systematized. The international experience of applying XBRL taxonomies, particularly within the European Union through the ESEF format, is examined. The specific features of implementing XBRL in Ukraine are also identified, highlighting both institutional progress and existing challenges.
It is substantiated that the use of XBRL technologies enhances the transparency, comparability, and accessibility of financial information, facilitates its automated processing, and creates institutional preconditions for the development of a digital infrastructure for financial reporting. The findings contribute to the theoretical understanding of financial reporting digitalization and have practical implications for improving regulatory and information systems in this area.
Трансформація торговельно-логістичних процесів сільськогосподарських підприємств на основі цифрових технологій

У статті досліджено диджиталізацію торговельнологістичних процесів сільськогосподарських підприємств як ключовий фактор їхньої стійкості в умовах цифрової трансформації.
Обґрунтовано, що перехід до цифрових систем зумовлений потребою зміцнення конкурентної тривалості та необхідністю вимірювання їхнього впливу на операційну й економічну ефективність. Проаналізовано впровадження інноваційних інструментів (IoT, блокчейн, Big Data) у логістичні ланцюги. Доведено, що цифровізація торгівлі та логістики дозволяє агропідприємствам мінімізувати витрати, оптимізувати збут та забезпечувати високу адаптивність до динамічних ринкових викликів. Отримані результати засвідчують, що системна інтеграція IT-рішень є фундаментальною умовою для зростання загальної ефективності господарської діяльності в аграрному секторі.
This research explores the systemic integration of digital solutions within the trade and logistical frameworks of agricultural enterprises as a primary strategic trajectory for adapting to contemporary economic transformations. This inquiry is driven by the accelerating dispersal of information-centric innovations and the urgent requirement to improve enduring competitiveness of agribusinesses facing market volatility, production seasonality, and substantial external stressors. Commercial operations and distribution networks are distinguished as the most sensitive functional areas to digital change, as they serve as the foundational bridge connecting biological production cycles with complex market mechanisms.
The primary intent of this scrutiny is to appraise the specific parameters of digitalization in agricultural trade and to assess how it concretely affects business operations and economic outcomes. Grounded in a multifaceted methodology—including systems thinking, comparative analysis, and the historical-logical approach—the investigation offers a comprehensive examination of digital transition processes. Findings suggest that effective digitalization is complex and systemic; it involves a fundamental reconfiguration of organizational paradigms, replacing traditional trade models with integrated organizational platforms and advanced informatics.
The study substantiates that such integration contributes to significant operational improvements, specifically via the curtailment of expenditures for shipping and warehousing, the mitigation of inventory spoilage while improving the enhancement of transactional transparency throughout the entire logistical network. Additionally, the shift to digital systems is framed as a pivotal factor in strengthening the economic resilience and adaptive capacity of agricultural enterprises operating in precarious external environments. The professional significance produced by this research is derived from its applicability for formulating digital transformation roadmaps, refining logistical management, and developing sectoral policy measures aimed at accelerating technological progress within the broader agricultural sector.
