Цифрова трансформація як інструмент удосконалення управління стратегічним розвитком підприємства

Стаття присвячена дослідженню ролі цифрової трансформації як ключового інструменту удосконалення управління стратегічним розвитком підприємства. У роботі проаналізовано сутність цифрової трансформації в контексті стратегічного менеджменту, розкрито її вплив на ефективність управлінських рішень, організаційну гнучкість та конкурентоспроможність бізнесу. Особливу увагу приділено інтеграції цифрових технологій у стратегічні процеси підприємства, зокрема у сфері аналітики даних, управління клієнтським досвідом, оптимізації бізнес-процесів і розробки інноваційних стратегій розвитку. Доведено, що цифрова трансформація сприяє формуванню нових моделей управління, заснованих на використанні великих даних, автоматизації та штучного інтелекту, що забезпечує більш точне прогнозування ринкових тенденцій і прийняття обґрунтованих управлінських рішень. Результати дослідження показали, що ефективне впровадження цифрових технологій дозволяє не лише підвищити продуктивність і конкурентоспроможність підприємства, а й створює передумови для його сталого розвитку у довгостроковій перспективі. У статті визначено напрями вдосконалення стратегічного управління на основі цифрових інновацій, серед яких — розвиток цифрової культури, підвищення цифрової компетентності персоналу та використання аналітичних платформ для прийняття управлінських рішень.
The article is devoted to an in-depth study of the role of digital transformation as a fundamental tool for enhancing the strategic management of enterprise development in the context of global technological and economic change. The paper comprehensively analyzes the conceptual essence of digital transformation within the framework of strategic management theory and practice, emphasizing its influence on the efficiency of managerial decisions, organizational adaptability, and long-term business competitiveness. It is demonstrated that the integration of digital technologies significantly transforms the logic of strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance evaluation within modern enterprises. Particular attention is paid to the introduction of digital tools in data analytics, customer experience management, business process reengineering, and the creation of innovative business models.
The study highlights that digital transformation serves not only as a technological upgrade but as a systemic change that reshapes corporate culture, leadership approaches, and stakeholder relations. It fosters the development of new management paradigms based on the principles of agility, data-driven decision-making, and continuous innovation. The article substantiates that the use of big data, automation, and artificial intelligence allows enterprises to anticipate market trends more precisely, mitigate risks, and ensure strategic sustainability under conditions of uncertainty.
The research results confirm that the effective implementation of digital technologies enhances productivity, strengthens competitive advantages, and promotes sustainable and inclusive growth. The paper also outlines practical recommendations for improving strategic management through digital innovation, including the formation of a digital-oriented organizational culture, the development of digital competencies among employees, and the active use of analytical platforms and decision-support systems. These measures collectively ensure that enterprises can maintain adaptability, resilience, and long-term development in the era of digital economy.
Міжнародна трудова міграція як механізм розвитку світової економіки

У роботі розкрито теоретичні засади міжнародної трудової міграції, її поняття, види та етапи еволюції. Проаналізовано сучасну структуру й динаміку міграції робочої сили у світі, а також особливості регіональних процесів. Окрему увагу приділено сучасним викликам і проблемам формування міграційних потоків в Україні. Розглянуто методи оцінювання трудової міграції та надано загальну характеристику тенденцій розвитку цієї сфери.
The paper examines the theoretical foundations of international labor migration, including its concepts, types, and evolutionary stages. It analyzes the current structure and dynamics of global labor migration, highlights regional characteristics, and explores challenges specific to Ukraine. The study also outlines assessment methods and provides an overview of trends in the development of labor migration.
Ризик-орієнтований підхід у формуванні сталого розвитоку національної економіки в умовах цифрової трансформації

Сучасна економіка характеризується активним використанням цифрових технологій як одного з ключових факторів економічного зростання. Цифрова трансформація створює нові можливості для розвитку, проте водночас формує ризики та загрози для економічної стабільності, конкурентоспроможності національних економік, соціальної рівноваги та безпеки інформаційних систем, що зумовлює необхідність їх своєчасної ідентифікації та управління. У статті досліджено особливості ризик-орієнтованого підходу у формуванні сталого розвитку національної економіки в умовах цифровізації. Основну увагу зосереджено на систематизації ризиків, що виникають у процесі цифрової трансформації, та розробці інструментів їх кількісного оцінювання. Запропоновано класифікацію цифрових ризиків за ключовими групами, зокрема економічними, соціальними, технологічними, кібернетичними, екологічними та інституційними, що дозволяє комплексно охопити багатовимірний характер впливу цифровізації на сталий розвиток. Обґрунтовано доцільність застосування інтегрального підходу до оцінювання цифрових ризиків на основі розрахунку Digital Risk Index, який забезпечує можливість кількісного визначення рівня вразливості регіонів і секторів економіки до негативних проявів цифрової трансформації. Запропонований індекс дозволяє агрегувати різнотипні показники в єдину узагальнену оцінку, що підвищує аналітичну цінність результатів дослідження та створює підґрунтя для їх практичного використання. Показано, що впровадження ризик-орієнтованого підходу створює передумови для формування адаптивної системи управління сталим розвитком національної економіки та мінімізації негативних наслідків цифрової трансформації.
The modern economy is characterized by the active use of digital technologies as one of the key factors of economic growth. Digital transformation creates new opportunities for development, but at the same time it creates risks and threats to economic stability, competitiveness of national economies, social balance and security of information systems, which necessitates their timely identification and management. The article examines the features of a risk-oriented approach in shaping the sustainable development of the national economy in the context of digitalization. The main attention is focused on the systematization of risks arising in the process of digital transformation and the development of tools for their quantitative assessment. A classification of digital risks is proposed according to key groups, in particular economic, social, technological, cybernetic, environmental and institutional, which allows for a comprehensive coverage of the multidimensional nature of the impact of digitalization on sustainable development. The feasibility of using an integrated approach to assessing digital risks based on the calculation of the Digital Risk Index, which provides the ability to quantitatively determine the level of vulnerability of regions and sectors of the economy to the negative manifestations of digital transformation, is substantiated. The proposed index allows aggregating various indicators into a single generalized assessment, which increases the analytical value of the research results and creates a basis for their practical use. It is shown that the implementation of a risk-oriented approach creates the prerequisites for the formation of an adaptive system for managing the sustainable development of the national economy and minimizing the negative consequences of digital transformation.
Вплив глобальних трансформацій на соціально-економічне забезпечення розвитку сільських територій України у повоєнний період

У статті досліджено вплив глобальних трансформацій на соціально-економічне забезпечення розвитку сільських територій України в умовах воєнних викликів і післявоєнного відновлення. Обґрунтовано, що поєднання економічних, соціальних, екологічних, цифрових та інституційних змін формує нову архітектуру просторового розвитку та визначає стійкість сільських громад до зовнішніх шоків. Показано, що повномасштабна війна суттєво загострила структурні проблеми сільського простору, зокрема скорочення інвестиційної активності, відтік трудових ресурсів, руйнування інфраструктури та зниження рівня зайнятості.
У процесі дослідження проаналізовано динаміку ключових соціально-економічних показників розвитку сільських територій України у 2015–2024 рр., що дозволило виявити тенденції зміни інвестицій, рівня оплати праці та зайнятості в аграрному секторі. Соціально-економічне забезпечення розвитку сільських територій розглянуто як комплексну систему, що охоплює економічну, соціальну, інфраструктурну, інституційну та екологічну компоненти, взаємодія яких формує основу інноваційно орієнтованої моделі сталого розвитку. Запропоновано багаторівневу модель управління розвитком сільських територій у післявоєнний період, яка поєднує національний, регіональний, економічний, соціально-освітній та екологічний рівні. Обґрунтовано, що її реалізація сприятиме диверсифікації економіки, розвитку людського капіталу, цифровізації управління, впровадженню принципів «зеленої» економіки та підвищенню якості життя сільського населення. Зроблено висновок, що адаптація сільських територій України до глобальних трансформацій є ключовою передумовою їх стійкого розвитку та інтеграції до європейського простору сталого зростання.
The article examines the impact of global transformations on the socio-economic support for the development of rural areas in Ukraine under wartime challenges and post-war recovery. It is substantiated that the combination of economic, social, environmental, digital, and institutional changes forms a new architecture of spatial development and determines the resilience of rural communities to external shocks. It is shown that the full-scale war has significantly intensified structural problems of rural territories, including declining investment activity, labor outmigration, infrastructure destruction, and reduced employment.
The study analyzes the dynamics of key socio-economic indicators of rural development in Ukraine during 2015–2024, which made it possible to identify trends in investment flows, wage levels, and employment in the agricultural sector. Socio-economic support for rural development is interpreted as a comprehensive system that includes economic, social, infrastructural, institutional, and environmental components, the interaction of which creates the basis for an innovation-oriented model of sustainable development. A multi-level model of rural development management in the post-war period is proposed, integrating national, regional, economic, social-educational, and environmental levels. It is argued that the implementation of this model will promote economic diversification, human capital development, digitalization of governance, the introduction of green economy principles, and improvement of the quality of life of the rural population. The study concludes that the adaptation of Ukraine’s rural areas to global transformations is a key prerequisite for their sustainable development and integration into the European space of sustainable growth.
Стратегічні напрями забезпечення стабільності фінансової екосистеми України

У статті досліджено трансформацію фінансової екосистеми України в сучасних умовах та систематизовано ключові чинники її стійкості. Показано, що поєднання монетарних і регуляторних заходів, стійкості банківського сектору, розвитку фінансових технологій, безперервності платіжної інфраструктури та масштабної міжнародної фінансової підтримки забезпечило збереження функціональності фінансової системи в умовах екстремальних шоків. Особливу увагу приділено ролі цифровізації, фінтех-рішень та євроінтеграційних процесів у підтриманні довіри та доступу до фінансових послуг. Узагальнено стратегічні напрями зміцнення стійкості фінансової екосистеми та обґрунтовано доцільність формування інтегрального індексу її стійкості як напряму подальших досліджень.
The article examines the transformation of Ukraine’s financial ecosystem under the conditions of a full-scale war and identifies the key drivers of its resilience. The study argues that, despite severe economic shocks, infrastructure destruction, and heightened uncertainty, Ukraine’s financial system has demonstrated a remarkable capacity to maintain core functions. This resilience has been ensured through a combination of unconventional monetary and regulatory measures implemented by the National Bank of Ukraine, institutional strength of the banking sector, rapid digitalization of financial services, operational continuity of payment infrastructure, and unprecedented international financial assistance. The paper emphasizes that digital finance and FinTech solutions have played a critical role in preserving access to financial services for households and businesses amid population displacement, power outages, and security risks. The widespread adoption of cashless payments, mobile banking, digital government platforms, and emergency initiatives such as «Power Banking» significantly enhanced the adaptive capacity of the financial ecosystem. At the same time, the study highlights the trade-offs between macrofinancial stabilization and long-term credit expansion, underlining the constraints imposed on investment and reconstruction financing. Special attention is given to Ukraine’s ongoing regulatory convergence with the European Union, including the harmonization of payment systems, financial monitoring standards, and sustainable finance regulations. The integration of ESG principles and the expansion of green and social finance instruments are considered essential components of post-war recovery and long-term competitiveness.
Based on the synthesis of empirical evidence and policy analysis, the article systematizes strategic directions for strengthening financial ecosystem resilience in conflict-affected economies. Furthermore, it introduces a conceptual framework for a Financial Ecosystem Resilience Index (FERI), which aggregates macrofinancial, institutional, digital, and behavioral dimensions of resilience. Although the index is not empirically estimated in this study, its formalization and quantitative application are proposed as promising avenues for future research. The Ukrainian case provides valuable insights for policymakers and researchers seeking to design resilient financial systems under conditions of prolonged crisis and uncertainty.
