Вільні економічні зони у світовій економіці: досвід для України

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена комплексному дослідженню ролі та сучасних тенденцій функціонування вільних економічних зон (ВЕЗ) у світі та Україні. Мета роботи – дослідити проблеми та обґрунтувати перспективні напрямки розвитку ВЕЗ в умовах сучасної глобалізації. Значну увагу приділено процесам трансформації ВЕЗ, їх класифікації, структурним особливостям, а також функціонуванню в Україні під час та після війни. У роботі досліджується міжнародний досвід і пропонуються методи більш якісного та цілеспрямованого адаптування цього досвіду для підвищення ефективності ВЕЗ в Україні.
The bachelor’s qualification thesis is devoted to the comprehensive study of the role and modern trends in the functioning of free economic zones (FEZs) in the world and in Ukraine. The goal of the work is to explore problems and justify promising directions for the development of FEZs in the conditions of modern globalization. Considerable attention is given to the transformation processes of FEZs, their classification, structural peculiarities, as well as their functioning in Ukraine during and after war. The work studies international practices and suggests methods of better and purposeful adaptation of these practices to increase the efficiency of FEZs in Ukraine.
Регулювання зовнішньої трудової міграції

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена аналізу зовнішньої трудової міграції та системи її регулювання в умовах глобальних трансформацій. Досліджено сучасні тенденції, динаміку, моделі й методи регуляторного впливу, оцінено ефективність національних і міжнародних інституцій. Увагу зосереджено на взаємозв’язку міграції з Цілями сталого розвитку та актуальними викликами (війна, демографія, політика). Результати можуть бути використані для вдосконалення, зокрема, української міграційної політики.
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of external labor migration and its regulatory mechanisms in the context of global transformations. The study explores current trends, dynamics, models, and methods of regulation, and evaluates the effectiveness of national and international institutions. Special attention is paid to the interconnection between migration, Sustainable Development Goals, and current challenges (war, demography, political shifts). The findings can support the improvement of, among others, Ukraine’s migration policy.
Фінансування освіти в Україні: реалії в умовах війни та перспективи повоєнного відновлення

У статті проаналізовано особливості фінансування освіти в Україні у 2020–2024 роках, окреслено ключові тенденції, виявлено проблеми та перспективи галузі в умовах війни та повоєнного відновлення. Встановлено, що після зростання видатків у 2021 році спостерігалося скорочення у 2022 році через воєнні дії та перерозподіл ресурсів, а з 2023 року почалося поступове відновлення, хоча частка в загальному бюджеті держави залишалася нижчою за довоєнну. Визначено, що провідну роль відіграють місцеві бюджети, понад 80% фінансування спрямовується на загальну середню освіту; вища освіта скорочується, дошкільна повільно відновлюється. На основі проведеного аналізу виявлено проблеми фінансування освіти, серед яких варто виділити обмеженість державних ресурсів, нерівномірний розподіл, зниження інвестицій, відтік кадрів, залежність від міжнародної допомоги. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення фінансування, що включають підвищення автономії громад, залучення приватного сектору, цифровізацію та стратегічне планування розвитку людського капіталу.
The article provides a comprehensive analysis of education funding in Ukraine in 2020–2024, which has revealed the main trends, problems, and prospects for the development of the sector in the context of war and future post-war recovery. Based on statistical data, the dynamics of education expenditures in general, their share in the structure of the consolidated state budget, as well as changes in funding by level are analyzed. The results show significant variability in indicators: after an increase in funding in 2021, there was a significant reduction in 2022 due to military actions, the redistribution of state resources for defense needs, and a decline in economic activity. Starting in 2023, there has been a gradual stabilization of budgetary processes and a partial recovery of education spending, although its share in total budget expenditures remains lower than in the pre-war period. An important result of the analysis was the identification of structural changes in the education financing system. Local budgets play a leading role, providing more than 80% of all expenditures, which demonstrates the real effect of decentralization reform. The largest amounts of funding are consistently directed towards general secondary education, while higher education shows a trend towards a gradual reduction in funding, and the pre-school sector towards a slow recovery. These changes are due to both demographic factors and the priority of providing basic education in a state of martial law. An analysis of the expenditure structure revealed an increase in the share of funding for other educational activities, including security, digital, and socio-psychological components, which have become relevant as a result of the war. The key problems of the education financing system have been identified, including limited public resources, uneven distribution of funds between regions, declining investment in the material and technical base of institutions, brain drain, and growing dependence on international aid. Under the influence of military challenges, the education system requires new approaches to the formation of financial policy based on efficiency, transparency, and a focus on results. In this context, directions for improving financing mechanisms have been proposed: strengthening the financial autonomy of communities, involving the private sector, creating partnership programs, modernizing digital infrastructure, and developing long-term strategies for human capital development.
Особливості побудови системи обліку власного капіталу ТОВ «Хлібодар» з використанням інноваційних технологій

У бакалаврській роботі розкрито сутність та роль системи обліку власного капіталу на підприємстві; досліджено організаційно-технологічні особливості діяльності ТОВ «Хлібодар» та їх вплив на побудову обліку власного капіталу; описано систему обліку власного капіталу ТОВ «Хлібодар» та використання інноваційних технологій; проаналізовано облікову політику ТОВ «Хлібодар» щодо власного капіталу та її відповідність вимогам НП(С)БО; досліджено документування операцій з обліку власного капіталу ТОВ «Хлібодар»; розкрито інформацію про програмне забезпечення для системи обліку власного капіталу підприємства; описано практичну реалізація системи обліку власного капіталу ТОВ «Хлібодар»; розроблено шляхи удосконалення системи обліку власного капіталу ТОВ «Хлібодар» з використанням інноваційних технологій.
The bachelor's thesis reveals the essence and role of the equity accounting system at the enterprise; examines the organizational and technological features of the activities of «Khlibodar» LLC and their impact on the structure of equity accounting; describes the equity accounting system of «Khlibodar» LLC and the use of innovative technologies; analyzes the accounting policy of «Khlibodar» LLC regarding equity and its compliance with the requirements of NR(S)OA; investigates the documentation of equity accounting operations at «Khlibodar» LLC; provides information about the software used in the enterprise's equity accounting system; describes the practical implementation of the equity accounting system at «Khlibodar» LLC; and develops ways to improve the equity accounting system of «Khlibodar» LLC using innovative technologies.
Міжнародна трудова міграція та її вплив на глобальну економіку

Робота присвячена дослідженню міжнародної трудової міграції як складного економічного й соціального явища, що відображає переміщення людей із метою працевлаштування в різних державах. Розкрито сутність, типологію та детермінанти трудової міграції в умовах глобалізації. Оцінено вплив міграційних потоків на економічне зростання, ринки праці та демографічну структуру. Проаналізовано динаміку грошових переказів і проблему «відпливу мізків». Особливу увагу приділено економічним наслідкам трудової міграції для України. Розроблено рекомендації щодо оптимізації міграційної політики, включаючи механізми «циркулярної міграції» та стимулювання рееміграції. Запропоновано методологічні підходи до оцінки економічного ефекту від міграції.
The thesis explores international labor migration as a complex economic and social phenomenon reflecting the movement of people seeking employment across countries. It reveals the essence, classification, and determinants of labor migration in the context of globalization. The impact of migration flows on economic growth, labor markets, and demographic structures is assessed. Special focus is placed on remittances and the issue of “brain drain.” The economic effects of labor migration on Ukraine are analyzed. Recommendations are developed to optimize migration policy, including circular migration mechanisms and re-emigration incentives. Methodological approaches to evaluating the economic impact of migration are proposed.
