Exploring the business community's contribution to academic resilience for effective response for Ukrainian crisis in the Baltics

This paper explores how the business community in the Baltics contributes to academic resilience and crisis response in Ukraine. A study of 100 corporate actions in the Baltic States reveals eight key types of support for Ukrainians. The findings inform strategies for promoting business responses in support of the Ukrainian crisis in the Baltics, engaging academia, and civil society.

The article analyzes the monetary policy of the National Bank of Ukraine introduced during martial law and the use of its main instruments. The dynamics of the exchange rate and regulatory instruments, the state of the discount rate were evaluated. The prospects for changes in monetary policy during the postwar reconstruction of Ukraine have been determined.
