Особливості термінологійної та професійної лексики в діловому спілкуванні

У статті досліджено особливості термінологійної та професійної лексики в діловому спілкуванні. Проаналізовано фахову мову як форму сучасної української літературної мови. Акцентовано увагу на розширенні міжнародних контактів. Здійснено аналіз професійної мови, охарактеризовано професійний жаргон та бізнес-сленг. Досліджено явище транслітерації, що використовується під час перекладу маловідомої графічної системи на більш зрозумілу.
The article examines the features of terminological and professional vocabulary in business communication. The article analyzes professional language as a form of modern Ukrainian literary language. The emphasis is on expanding international contacts. The article analyzes professional language, characterizes professional jargon and business slang. The phenomenon of transliteration, which is used when translating a little-known graphic system into a more understandable one, is studied. It is noted that the expansion of international contacts contributes to the intensification of borrowing terms in the economic sphere. The concepts of international terminology and international term are analyzed. It has been proven that the indicators of the assimilation of a borrowed term are the phonetic and graphic transmission of a foreign word by means of the Ukrainian language; the entry of a foreign word into a certain grammatical class of words of the Ukrainian language and the acquisition of corresponding morphological and syntactic features in this regard; word-forming activity, which consists in the ability of a borrowed term to be the basis for the creation of new words, etc. Attention is drawn to the fact that the use of absolute tracings and the use of pseudo-terms in English transliteration are non-normative.
Транспозиційні процеси в межах українського дієслова та прислівника (поняттєво-термінологійний аспект)

Стаття присвячена питанням поповнення складу лінгвістичної терміносистеми, перегляду з позицій функційно-категорійної граматики частиномовного статусу морфологійних одиниць. Зосереджено увагу на особливостях транспозиційних явищ у структурі українського дієслова та прислівника. Зроблено акцент на різновидах і ступенях міжчастиномовної транспозиції, питаннях усталення, кодифікаційного закріплення в науковому обігу нових термінів на позначення явищ вербалiзацiї та адвербалізації, на інтернаціональному характерові зазначених термінів.
The article addresses the enrichment of the linguistic terminological system and revisits the part-of-speech status of morphological units from the standpoint of functional-categorial grammar. The focus is placed on the specifics of transpositional phenomena within the structure of Ukrainian verbs and adverbs. Particular attention is given to the types and degrees of inter-categorial transposition, the issues of standardization and codification of newly introduced terms in scholarly discourse that designate the processes of verbalization and adverbialization, as well as the international nature of these terms. The article identifies productive and unproductive types of verbalizations and adverbialization. To denote the varieties and degrees of inter-partial transposition in modern grammatical literature, termsinternationalisms are mainly used, which are based on Greco-Latin roots. All the analyzed terms replenish the linguistic terminological system with new units. As for the varieties of transposition, no own terms have been developed in Ukrainian studies to denote them. Raising the issue of organizing Ukrainian scientific terminology as early as the beginning of the 20th century, grammarians paid considerable attention to the assimilation of borrowed terms, especially internationalisms. The terms proposed in modern studies to denote intertransitive processes in the structure of the verb and adverb, which accompany the functioning of morphological units, are semantically motivated, since they ensure clarity and transparency of terminological definition.
Терміни на позначення понять морфології в «Українській граматиці для учнів вищих класів гімназій і семінарій Придніпров’я» А. Кримського

У статті зосереджено увагу на одному з аспектів мовознавчої діяльності А. Кримського – питанні вироблення й уведення до наукового обігу морфологійних термінів як невід’ємного складника української граматичної термінології, а також визначено роль, яку відіграла «Українська граматика для учнів вищих класів гімназій і семінарій Придніпров’я» (1907–1908 рр.) у справі нормалізації української морфологійної термінології на початку ХХ ст. і в подальші періоди. Простежено вироблення термінів на позначення частин мови і граматичних категорій на живомовній народній основі, процеси їхньої конкуренції на шляху нормативного закріплення в сучасній українській морфологійній термінології.
The article focuses on one of the aspects of A. Krymskyi’s linguistic activity – development and implementation of morphological terms into scientific circulation as an integral part of Ukrainian grammatical terminology. The work of the scientist “Ukrainian grammar for students of higher classes of gymnasiums and seminaries of the Dnieper Region” (1907–1908) played an important role on normalization of Ukrainian morphological terminology. In the respective research, the stages of development of terms for parts of speech and grammatical categories on a vernacular basis, the processes of their competition on the way to normative consolidation in modern Ukrainian morphological terminology are traced. A. Krymskyi initiated the scientific research of the grammatical system of the language, raised the most important problem of term formation by Ukrainian grammarians – the ratio of borrowed and native Ukrainian terms. The grammar material offers terms for the grammatic designation of gender category (a four-grammatic composition, as in the modern Ukrainian language): masculine gender, feminine gender, neuter gender, and common gender. A linguist developed a seven-component system of cases – nominative, genitive, dative, accusative, vocative, instrumental and locative, which have entered modern scientific terminology unchanged. Some terms for parts of speech (numeral, verb) have also become generally accepted in the modern morphological term subsystem. The terminological material of the grammar testified to the distinct tendency of its author to create his own national terminology on a folk basis. Grammar had a great influence on the formation of grammatical thought in Ukraine, contributed to the enrichment of grammatical theory due to the introduction of new term units into scientific circulation.

Стаття присвячена дослідженню термінологічного номінування економічних понять. Виокремлено групи метафоричного використання економічних термінів. Досліджено одну з проблем українського мовознавства – формування економічної термінології на національній основі, протиставлено інтернаціональне та національне в термінотворчому процесі. З’ясовано загальні та специфічні особливості термінологічної номінації економічних понять, що сприятиме уніфікації, стандартизації та кодифікації цієї термінології. Виділено основні групи економічної терміносистеми.
The article is devoted to the study of the terminological nomination of economic concepts. Groups of metaphorical use of economic terms are singled out. One of the problems of Ukrainian linguistics – the formation of economic terminology on a national basis – has been studied, and the international and national aspects of the term-making process have been distinguished. The general and specific features of the terminological nomination of economic concepts have been clarified, which will contribute to the unification, standardization and codification of this terminology. The main groups of the economic term system are highlighted. Common characteristics that determine the essence of any term as a lexical unit of special, limited functioning have been studied; terms with partial replacement of components, formed by word-forming means of the recipient language and terms with a complete structural match were analyzed. Standard terms, sample terms are proposed; standardized terminological system at the national and international levels. It is proven that the terminology of each language is national, because its international component is assimilated according to the structure of the national language. It is emphasized that objective validity is the only legitimate criterion for creating a term and borrowing it from another language. It is noted that replenishing the vocabulary with borrowings is a historically inevitable process, necessary for the language to meet society’s communication needs at each stage of its development. It is emphasized that the significant influence on the formation of term systems has winged sayings of the national language – phraseological units. Terminological systems involve in their arsenal some phraseological units in the role of scientific terms, and such a phenomenon is called phraseologisation. It has been proven that economic terms are used in works of art not only to specify an image, a storyline, but also to focus the reader’s attention on certain objects, phenomena, and actions. Homonymy, paronymy, synonymy and antonymy were analyzed. It is noted that homophones, homographs, and lexical homonyms are often used for language games. Paronymic attraction is most often used in fiction to create a play on words. It was concluded that the growth of terminological systems is evidence of the progress of the nation in terms of science and technology and in terms of the intellectualization of its language.
Блокчейн технології у фінансуванні бізнесу

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню можливостей і перспектив використання блокчейн-технологій у корпоративних фінансах. У роботі розкрито основні принципи блокчейну, типи систем (публічні, приватні, консорціумні), проаналізовано їх переваги й виклики для фінансового сектору. Особливу увагу приділено інструментам токенізації, краудфандингу та смартконтрактів. Запропоновано алгоритм впровадження блокчейн-рішень в Україні та заходи щодо зменшення ризиків. Практичне значення роботи полягає в формуванні рекомендацій для підвищення ефективності управління фінансами.
The qualifying work is devoted to the study of the opportunities and prospects for using blockchain technologies in corporate finance. The paper outlines the core principles of blockchain, types of systems (public, private, consortium), and analyzes their benefits and challenges for the financial sector. Special attention is given to tokenization, crowdfunding, and smart contracts. An algorithm for implementing blockchain solutions in Ukraine and measures to reduce risks are proposed. The practical significance lies in the development of recommendations to improve financial management efficiency.
