In today's dynamic environment, people seek employment in organizations that provide both material, professional, and spiritual values and requirements. If the organization is dynamic and changing, it is important to recruit staff who will easily adapt to organizational culture, organizational climate and change. As a person may meet the requirements of a particular job position, however, the organizational environment may be unacceptable to him/her. When selecting employees, relying on this data will help us to select the best staff and will result in high job satisfaction and job performance. Studies conducted by various scholars have shown that the coherence of individual values with the culture of the organization increases job satisfaction and commitment to the organization, reducing the time spent on the job. Also, in the context of organizational behavior, it is important to take into account the stability of one's emotional state and personal characteristics in order to achieve a high degree of job satisfaction.
