Формування бази знань експертного оцінювання вибору типу організаційного дизайну корпоративного підприємництва

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню актуальних питань вибору типу організаційного дизайну корпоративного підприємництва за заданими параметрами внутрішнього підприємницького проєкту (предикторами). Авторами запропоновано шість типів організаційного дизайну для підтримки та розвитку бізнес-проєктів працівників у внутрішньому корпоративному середовищі: проєктний, функціональний, структурний, відокремений, довірчий та конгломеративний. У статті викладені методичні засади формування інформаційної бази для здійснення вибору типу організаційного дизайну корпоративного підприємництва. Основою формування інформаційної бази є опитування експертів, які мають глибинний досвід у сфері розбудови інноваційнго та внутрішнього підприємництва. Формування Бази знань експертного оцінювання складається з таких етапів: побудова моделі задачі у вигляді ієрархічної структури, проведення експертного опитування (збір даних), математична обробка результатів опитування. The article is devoted to the exploration of relevant issues of the choosing the type of corporate entrepreneurship organizational design according to the given parameters of the internal entrepreneurial project (predictors). The authors proposed six types of organizational design for the support and development of employees’ business projects in the internal corporate environment: project, functional, structural, separate, trust and conglomerate. Parameters of the internal entrepreneurial project, acting as predictors of the implementation of certain type of corporate entrepreneurship organizational design, are divided into five groups: direction of the product of the internal entrepreneurial project, degree of connection of the internal entrepreneurial project with the main activity of the parent organization, strategic significance of the internal entrepreneurial project for the development of the parent organization, availability of relevant resources for the development of an internal entrepreneurial project within the parent organization, strategic goals of the internal entrepreneurial project. The article outlines the methodological principles of forming an information base for choosing the type of corporate entrepreneurship organizational design. The basis of the formation of the information base is the survey of experts who have deep experience in the field of development of innovative and internal entrepreneurship. The formation of the Expert Evaluation Knowledge Base consists of the following stages: building a problem model in the form of a hierarchical structure, conducting an expert survey (data collection), mathematical processing of the survey results. Mathematical processing of the survey results includes such stages as: prioritization of predictors, construction of matrices of pairwise comparisons of predictors, evaluation of the degree of agreement of experts’ opinions, calculation of comparative estimates of the importance of predictors.
