    Для продуктивної діяльності організації важливу роль відіграє персонал. Персонал організації - один зі стратегічних ресурсів, який перебуває у процесі багатовекторних рухів. Цей рух відбувається як усередині організації, так і зовні між організацією та зовнішнім світом. Таким чином рух персоналу – це усі переміщення персоналу всередині організації та сукупність всіх управлінських дій які залучені ззовні. Personnel play an important role in the productive activity of the organization. The personnel of the organization is one of the strategic resources that is in the process of multi-vector movements. This movement occurs both within the organization and externally between the organization and the outside world. Thus, the movement of personnel is all movements of personnel within the organization and the totality of all management actions that are involved from the outside.
