    Європейські практики регулювання обігу віртуальних активів

    Кваліфікаційна магістерська робота присвячена комплексному дослідженю теоретико-методичних засад регулювання віртуальних активів в ЄС та імплементації досвіду в Україні. Розкрита сутність поняття віртуальних активів та їх класифікація. Розглянуте правове регулювання обігу віртуальних активів в Україні та ЄС. Досліджені особливості оподаткування віртуальних активів у світі та Україні. Проаналізована динаміка розвитку віртуальних активів у світі та здійснена оцінка процесу впровадження електронних грошей (CBDC). Досліджена протидію фінансовим злочинам та шахрайству у сфері віртуальних активів у країнах ЄС. Визначені перспективи розвитку електронної гривні та розглянуті моделі оподаткування віртуальних активів у світі та в Україні. Досліджена імплементація регламенту регулювання віртуальних активів (MICA) у вітчизняну практику. The master thesis is devoted to the complex research of the theoretical and methodological foundations of virtual assets regulation in the EU and the implementation of experience in Ukraine. The essence of the concept of virtual assets and their classification is revealed. The legal regulation of the circulation of virtual assets in Ukraine and the EU is considered. The peculiarities of taxation of virtual assets in the world and Ukraine are studied. The dynamics of the development of virtual assets in the world is analyzed and the process of introducing electronic money (CBDC) is assessed. Counteraction to financial crimes and fraud in the field of virtual assets in the EU countries is studied. Prospects for the development of the electronic hryvnia are determined and models of taxation of virtual assets in the world and in Ukraine are considered. The implementation of the regulation on the regulation of virtual assets (MICA) in domestic practice is studied.
