    Обґрунтування підприємницької ідеї відкриття модельного агентства «Fashion One»

    Кваліфікаційна бакалаврська робота присвячена дослідженню бізнес-ідеї відкриття модельної агенції «Fashion One». Розглянуто актуальність індустрії моди, проведено маркетинговий та інституційний аналіз, побудовано та описано бізнес-модель підприємства, розроблено пест та свот аналізи. Особливу увагу приділено організаційним аспектам реалізації модельної агенції. Для підкріплення теоретичного матеріалу на завершальному етапі проведені фінансові розрахунки для реалізації підприємницької ідеї - відкриття модельного агентства. Qualifying bachelor's thesis is devoted to the study of the business idea of opening a modeling agency "Fashion One". The relevance of the fashion industry is considered, marketing and institutional analysis is conducted, the business model of the enterprise is built and described, PEST and SWOT analyzes are developed. Particular attention is paid to the organizational aspects of the implementation of the modeling agency. To support the theoretical material at the final stage, financial calculations were made to implement the business idea - the opening of a modeling agency.
