    Логістичні послуги в міжнародному бізнесі на прикладі компанії DHL

    У роботі досліджено теоретичні основи міжнародної логістики та логістичних послуг, а саме: розкрито сутність та розглянуто еволюцію розвитку міжнародної логістики та ринку логістичних послуг; описано стан міжнародного регулювання логістичних операцій; визначено наслідки цифровізації та тренди міжнародної логістики. Проведено діагностику ефективності надання логістичних послуг у міжнародному бізнесі на прикладі компанії DHL: охарактеризовано діяльність та основні бізнес-процеси DHL; проаналізовано основні технологічні інновації в управлінні ланцюгом поставок DHL; Досліджено бізнес-стратегії та інновації DHL. На основі роботи автора сформульовано сучасні тенденції розвитку українського та міжнародного ринку логістичних послуг. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of international logistics and logistics services, namely: the essence is revealed and the evolution of the development of international logistics and the logistics services market is considered; the state of international regulation of logistics operations is described; the consequences of digitization and trends in international logistics are determined. The diagnosis of the effectiveness of the provision of logistics services in international business was carried out on the example of the DHL company: the activities and main business processes of DHL were characterized; analyzed the main technological innovations in DHL supply chain management; DHL's business strategies and innovations are explored. On the basis of the author's work, modern trends in the development of the Ukrainian and international market of logistics services are formulated.
