    Митний аудит суб’єктів ЗЕД в Україні: сучасний стан та перспективи розвитку

    В дослідженні було розглянуто різні підходи щодо визначення сутності митного аудиту. Розглянуто етапи проведення процедури митного аудиту. Розглянуто нормативно-правову базу митного аудиту. В роботі проаналізовано основні показники ефективності проведення процедури митного аудиту. Проаналізовано донараховання митних платежів у результаті проведення документальних перевірок та обсяги їх сплати суб’єктами ЗЕД. Внаслідок аналізу були визначені основні проблеми здійснення митного аудиту в Україні та запропоновано шляхи їх вирішення. В підсумку проведеного дослідження було оцінено значення та перспективи розвитку процедури митного аудиту в Україні. The study considered various approaches to defining the essence of customs audit. The stages of the customs audit procedure are considered. The regulatory and legal basis of customs audit is considered. The paper analyzes the main indicators of the effectiveness of the customs audit procedure. The surcharge of customs payments as a result of document checks and the amount of their payment by subjects of foreign economic activity were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the main problems of customs audit in Ukraine were determined and ways of solving them were proposed. As a result of the research, the importance and prospects of the development of the customs audit procedure in Ukraine were assessed.
