    Детінізація національних економік в глобальних умовах

    Тіньова економіка є однією з найбільших загроз для фінансової безпеки національної економіки, і проблема її тінізації потребує негайного вирішення. Частка тіньової економіки варіюється від 20% до 80%, і вона значно впливає на економічні процеси, зокрема на доходи, інвестиції та розвиток економіки. Основними факторами її появи є нерівномірний розподіл доходів, корупція та складність податкового законодавства. Успішний досвід інших країн свідчить, що комплексний підхід може значно зменшити рівень тіньової економіки. Для ефективної детінізації необхідно впровадити реформи в податковій системі, боротьбі з контрабандою, підвищенні рівня зарплат і умов праці, а також реформи у судовій та правоохоронній системі. The shadow economy is one of the greatest threatsto the financial security of the national economy, and the problem of its shadowing requires urgent attention. The share of the shadow economy varies from 20% to 80%, and it significantly contributes to economic processes, including income, investment and economic development. The main factors that have emerged are the unequal distribution of income, corruption and the complexity of tax legislation. Successful evidence from other countries suggests that an integrated approach can significantly change the level of the shadow economy. For effective detinization it is necessary to introduce reforms in the tax system, the fight against smuggling, an increase in the level of wages and brains, as well as reforms in the judicial and law enforcement systems.
