    Вивчення міжнародного досвіду інноваційного розвитку аграрного сектору держав в їх повоєнний період

    Вивчено міжнародний досвід інноваційного розвитку аграрного сектору після завершення воєнних конфліктів. Розглянуто досвід повоєнного відновлення аграрного сектору країн які суттєво постраждали від військової агресії. Доведено, що для ефективного відновлення аграрного сектору України необхідно застосовувати комплексний підхід, який буде включати державну підтримку, впровадження інновацій, залучення міжнародної допомоги та розвиток інфраструктури. Розглянуто роль цифровізації у відновленні аграрного сектору. Наголошено, що міжнародний досвід відновлення аграрного сектору після війни може надати Україні безцінні уроки для розробки власної стратегії розвитку. Важливим є урахування специфіки національних умов та адаптації найкращих практик до українських реалій. Це дозволить закласти основи для сталого розвитку аграрного сектору в майбутньому. The international experience of innovative development of the agricultural sector after the end of military conflicts is analyzed. In the conditions of the war in Ukraine, the issues of restoration and modernization of the agricultural sector have become especially relevant. The post-war experience of restoring the agricultural sector of countries that suffered significant losses as a result of military aggression was studied. The need for a comprehensive approach to the effective restoration of the agricultural sector of Ukraine, which includes state support, the introduction of innovations, the involvement of international aid, and the development of infrastructure, is substantiated. Examples of Asian countries show that the active implementation of scientific developments in production processes increases the efficiency of agriculture and ensures food security. Conditions for the development of scientific research in the field of agricultural technologies should be created in Ukraine, which will contribute to the modernization of the industry and increase competitiveness. The impact of digitalization on the recovery of the agricultural sector is also considered. The experience of Israel and other countries shows that the use of modern digital technologies can significantly increase the efficiency of agriculture. In Ukraine, there is a need for active implementation of digital technologies, such as precision farming systems, remote sensing and big data analysis to optimize production processes and increase yields. It is emphasized that the international experience of the post-war reconstruction of the agricultural sector can give Ukraine invaluable lessons for developing its own development strategy. At the same time, it is important to take into account the specifics of national conditions and adapt best practices to Ukrainian realities. This will help lay the foundation for sustainable development of the agricultural sector in the future.
