Particular attention is paid to assessing the investment attractiveness of resort territories, studying European resort management practices, and exploring possibilities for their adaptation in Ukraine. Strategic directions for the post-war recovery of the resort sector, mechanisms of state support, as well as environmental and security aspects of development are substantiated. The proposed recommendations are aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of resort territories, promoting medical and health tourism, attracting investment, and ensuring sustainable socio-economic development of regions.
