    Міжнародний бізнес в економіці ЄС

    У роботі досліджуються теоретичні основи особливостей розвитку сучасного міжнародного бізнесу в економіці ЄС. Розкрито сутність поняття міжнародного бізнесу та досліджено процес інтернаціоналізації та основні форми міжнародного бізнесу. Обґрунтовано особливості державного регулювання міжнародного бізнесу в країнах ЄС. Проведено аналіз економічного стану ЄС та проведено оцінку інвестиційного та торгового потенціалу ЄС. Приділено увагу аналізу інвестиційно-торговельних відносин між ЄС та Україною. Обґрунтовані інституційні зміни у зовнішній політиці ЄС. Досліджено ЗВТ як інструмент оптимізації міжнародного співробітництва між ЄС та Україною та здійснено галузеве визначення пріоритетів та реалізації цілей міжнародного співробітництва між ЄС та Україною. Провівши дане дослідження, автор дійшов висновку, що під механізмом сучасного державного регулювання зовнішньоекономічної діяльності в країнах ЄС мається на увазі цілісний комплекс взаємозалежних і взаємопов’язаних методів, форм, інструментів, які мають регулюючу, стимулюючу та координуючу дію. щодо зовнішньоекономічної діяльності суб'єктів господарювання з метою розвитку внутрішнього та розширення зовнішнього ринку збуту високотехнологічної продукції та забезпечення експортоорієнтованого виробництва в країнах ЄС. The paper explores the theoretical foundations of the features of the development of modern international business in the EU economy. The essence of the concept of international business is revealed and the process of internationalization and the main forms of international business are studied. The features of state regulation of international business in the EU countries are substantiated. An analysis of the economic state of the EU was carried out and an assessment of the investment and trade potential of the EU was carried out. Attention is paid to the analysis of investment and trade relations between the EU and Ukraine. Justified institutional changes in the foreign policy of the EU. The FTA was studied as a tool for optimizing international cooperation between the EU and Ukraine and sectoral prioritization and implementation of the goals of international cooperation between the EU and Ukraine was carried out. After conducting this study, the author came to the conclusion that under the mechanism of modern state regulation of foreign economic activity in the EU countries we mean a holistic set of interdependent and interrelated methods, forms, tools that have a regulatory, stimulating and coordinating effect on the foreign economic activity of economic entities in order to develop the domestic and expand the external market sales of high-tech products and provision of export-oriented production in the EU countries.
