    Україна в процесах міжнародної трудової міграції

    В роботі описані теоретичні аспекти регулювання зовнішньої трудової міграції. Автором проведено визначення зовнішньої трудової міграції як об’єкту державного регулювання. Надана характеристика особливостей зовнішньої трудової міграції за умов формування світових ринків (праці, капіталу, товарів). У ході дослідження автор здійснив аналіз управлінського підходу до вивчення зовнішньої трудової міграції. Здійснено аналіз організаційно-економічних механізмів регулювання та інституційне забезпечення трудової міграції в Україні. На основі роботи автор сформулював пропозиції щодо розвитку перспективних напрямів державного регулювання зовнішньої трудової міграції. Thesis consists of 2 sections. The first section describes the theoretical aspects of regulating external labor migration. The author defines external labor migration as an object of state regulation. The characteristics of the peculiarities of external labor migration in the conditions of formation of world markets (labor, capital, goods) are given. In the course of the research the author analyzed the managerial approach to the study of external labor migration. In the second section, the author summarizes the experience of regulating external migration flows in foreign countries. The analysis of organizational and economic mechanisms of regulation and institutional support of labor migration in Ukraine is carried out. Based on the work, the author formulated proposals for the development of promising areas of state regulation of external labor migration.
