The article reveals the essence of the production management system "just in time". On the basis of this, it is proposed to use the system "just in time" at industrial enterprises; this, in turn, will enable you to reduce the time for allocating indirect costs, to abandon inventory in stocks, to reduce the production cycle, downtime of machinery and equipment, to shorten suppliers and time for negotiations, to establish long-term contracts with customers, which will lead to effective management of indirect costs.
