At consideration of questions which are related to forming of income it was paid attention on the peculiar omission of theory of financial management, when the object of research of scientists was only a constant capital, while the added cost is created exceptionally by a variable capital. To fill found out such admission, in the article nature of capital investments was explored
in payment of labour and untypical consequences were exposed their optimizations which influence on the size of financial result.
